Bite firmly on the cotton pad placed after the extraction for one hour.

పన్ను తీసిన తరువాత పెట్టిన దూదిని గంట వరకు గట్టిగా కొరికి వుంచవలెను.

After one hour, remove the cotton and take the prescribed medicines with cold liquids, exactly as the doctor advised.

గంట తరువాత దూదిని తీసి చల్లని ద్రవ పదార్థములతో ఇచ్చిన మందులు డాక్టరు గారు చెప్పిన ప్రకారము వాడవలెను.

Do not eat hot or hard foods for 24 hours.

వేడిగాని, గట్టిగాని, పదార్థములు 24 గంటల వరకు తినకూడదు.

Do not apply hot fomentation or balms (such as Amrutanjan) after the extraction.

పన్ను తీసిన తరువాత వేడినీళ్ళు కాపటము గాని, అమృతాంజనము వంటివి గాని రాయడం చేయరాదు.

From the next day, gargle with boiled-and-cooled water mixed with salt, three times a day for one week.

పన్ను తీసిన తరువాత రోజు నుండి కాచి చల్లార్చిన నీటిలో ఉప్పు కలిపి రోజుకి మూడు సార్లు వారం వరకు పుక్కిలించవలెను.

Do not smoke or drink alcohol.

పొగత్రాగరాదు. మద్యం సేవించరాదు.

If the bleeding does not stop, contact the doctor immediately.

రక్తము ఆగనిచో డాక్టరును వెంటనే సంప్రదించవలెను.

Do not touch the extraction wound with your tongue or finger.

పన్ను తీసిన గాయంలో నాలుకతోగాని, వేలుతోగాని కదిలించరాదు.

If you notice any reaction after taking the medicines, contact the doctor immediately before continuing them.

మందులు వాడిన పిదప ఎటువంటి రియాక్షన్ వచ్చినచో డాక్టర్ గారికి వెంటనే సంప్రదించి మరలా మందులు వాడవలెను.
